The first five years of my career, I was a college pastor. It was there that I discovered how much I loved walking through life with young men—and that some of the best growth & discipleship rarely happened sitting across a desk.

It happened hitting reps at the gym. On a run. Around a fire. On a ski trip.

Doing something together had a way of opening the door to conversations that actually mattered.

For the last five years, I’ve also owned and operated a window cleaning business. Entrepreneurship taught me a different set of lessons: grit, perseverance, leadership, risk, and what it means to build something from the ground up.

Over the last decade, those two worlds—ministry and entrepreneurship—have continued to collide.

And eventually, The Meantime Company was born.

We started with three guys. Just getting together, doing hard things, building friendships, and talking about life and faith.

But we quickly realized we weren’t the only ones looking for this.

Men are hungry for real community. They want to be challenged. They want adventure. They want friendships that go deeper than surface level. And whether they realize it yet or not, many are asking bigger questions about purpose, God, and the men they’re becoming.

Today, more than a hundred men have participated in what we’re building, and we’re just getting started.

Our mission is simple: create environments where men can build physical and spiritual resilience while becoming better husbands, fathers, friends, leaders, and contributors.
